How beautiful it is to see how projects grow, projects that one day we imagined and that we have contributed to raise. In the case of the Tahen school, this is being especially fast. The first stone of the school (officially "Shelter and study center for children in vulnerable situations") was placed last March and soon we'll see this new initiative supported by Maga Foundation finished.
The school in Tahen will host about 100 children and is part of the educational complex of the Diocese of Battambang, which dedicates particular emphasis on minors at risk of exclusion.
This series of photographs shows the development of the project since our friend Enrique Figaredo, bishop of the Cambodian diocese of Battambang, led the ceremony of the first stone. That day there were some Cambodian dancing, as it couldn't be otherwise.
The school of Tahen is partially financed with the sale of El Sueño, the wine that Muriel Wines makes for Fundación Maga.
